Chef Claudio Sadler announces the upcoming closure of Chic'n Quick – Trattoria Moderna, the restaurant he opened in 2008 on Via Ascanio Sforza 77.
As one chapter closes, however, a new one opens. The space on Naviglio Pavese now takes on the new name SADLER INCONTRI... and emerges as the natural evolution of Chic'n Quick, offering a renewed and innovative vision of hospitality and gastronomy.
SADLER INCONTRI... will be a place dedicated to discovery and sharing, where cuisine becomes a bridge for information, entertainment, and the exchange of experiences and opinions. Chef Claudio Sadler, supported by Chef Andrea Gianella and collaborator Francesca Asnaghi, will introduce a new multifunctional and 'tailored' approach to dining, addressing the evolving needs of an increasingly diverse clientele.
The tradition of Chic'n Quick offering themed dinners, regional-themed Saturday lunches, and convivial meetings with loyal clients will continue, along with the regular cooking lessons – always a staple of the venue – which will now be enhanced with single-theme classes.
These activities are designed for a limited number of participants and will offer the opportunity to learn the secrets of cooking and connect with other enthusiasts.
